PRIVACY POLICY

Any information provided by our customers will NOT be shared with anyone. Personal information such as name, home address, phone number, card information, etc are private information & will not be shared. Customer’s identity & safety are a priority at ANC.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Your tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place your order. Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends) for your order to be processed & shipped. Order alterations can not be made once it has been submitted. ANC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your package is lost during transit the shipping courier will be contacted & a replacement will be sent after the investigation is completed. All sales are final & no refunds will be given unless there is a discrepancy on ANC’s (Arri’s Nail Coven) end.
